P.G. DIPLOMA IN CYBER LAWS (P.G. D.C.L.)

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility for admission requires the candidate to be a graduate with minimum of 40% marks for SC/ST/OBC/SBC/NT/VJ and 45% marks for Open/ESBC/ESW of any faculty of any University whose degree is recognized to be equivalent to the corresponding degree of S.R.T.M. University, Nanded.

DURATION :

Duration of this course shall be one academic year.

EXAMINATION AND STANDARD OF PASSING :

The candidate has to secure a minimum of 45% marks in each paper and an aggregate of 50%. A candidate securing 60% or above will be declared to have passed in First Class and above 75% will obtain a distinction.

COURSE OF STUDY :

The course of study leading to Diploma in Cyber Laws consists of the following compulsory papers : each carrying 80 marks & 20 marks will be for internal evaluation.
Paper - I Fundamental Concepts of Cyber Laws.
Paper - II Information Technology Act, 2000 & IPR Issues in Cyber World.
Paper - III E-Commerce
Paper - IV Cyber Crimes

PASSING STANDARDS :

As Per Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University Norms.
