Shri Sharda Bhavan Education Society's Narayanrao Chavan Law College is one of the premiere institutes in Marathwada Region of Maharashtra. Formerly named as Law College is one of the oldest institutions imparting legal education since 1970. The college was established in the year 1970 by Shri Sharda Bhavan Education Society with a view to gear up the legal education in this region. Dr. S.B. Chavan Sahab the then Home Minister of India and the Founder Member of Shri Sharda Bhavan Educa¬tion Society took initiative in establishing various colleges in this region and Law college was one of the college established for imparting legal education to the poor, needy and downtrodden people. Today Narayanrao Chavan Law College stands with a glorious past and a bright future.

Here at Nayaranrao Chavan Law College learning makes the individual socially relevant, technically compe¬tent and professionally sound. The college has a vision to promote excellence in the field of legal education. Here at Narayanrao Chavan law College the law course have been developed in consultation with the legal profession¬als and other key stake holders to ensure students gain practical, work-ready skills, underpinned by a strong foundation of law, legal theory and professional training.

Critical thinking, ethics, global outlook, self management are some of the characteristics and skills which are developed in students. The faculty of law regularly hosts networking events and career seminars and actively consults with profes¬sional bodies on emerging trends and needs in legal profession. The faculty of Laws excellent relationships with the industry and community are facilitated through its institutes and alumni's which support develops and pro¬motes activities in existing or emerging fields of strategic relevance and importance.

We at Narayanrao Chavan Law College are offering three years and five year degree courses in Law LL.B and B.A LL.B and along with these two courses we are also offering Post Graduation in Law LL.M. and Diploma in Taxation Law, Diploma in Cyber Law, Diploma in Labour Law & Diploma in Intellectual Property Law. Apart from that we in our college are also running M.Lib and information Science Programme through Yeshwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Nashik.

Faculty of the college adopts a variety of teaching methods to make the teaching-learning experience effective and to achieve the desired learning outcomes. Some of these methods are enumerated below:
